This is a snowflake set from Impression Obsession. And we ARE obsessed with IO lately. they are doing a beautiful job with their new design of dies. I recently did a class where I featured 2 of Kittie C's card designs and then a slider card. This is one of Kittie C's designs. The top panel is pop dotted in place.
