Happy Memorial Day everyone.  (thanks Brian and all of our other military)

This page was made with the new Moxxie papers that just arrived Thursday. I love the colors.

Congratulations

Its that time of year. I know I have plenty of grad invites this year. And we also have 2 on staff at PT that graduated from Tech. So here is a quick card and you can alter to the school colors or just go black and white since that will work for any school, Tech or College.  I stamped and cut out the grad hat. And used Spellbinders banner die and the reverse stencil method.

Supplies: Judith stamps, Spellbinders, Tim Holtz embossing folder, pop dots, Copics and CS.

Just Because

Another card from class......I had to use the new Spellbinder set. And the ribbon with pearls is pretty sweet too.  I was going to show a photo of the money saving cutting but forgot. The brown that is matting the main card I cut the next size rectangle out of. And then I cut the fancy die out of that piece. So 3 things for the card were cut from the main matting piece.

Supplies: Just Rite stamp, May Arts ribbon, Spellbinders, Copics, Hero Arts pearl, CS and patterned paper.

Live to Create

Last one for now from the last page wonders. (this one has 2 sheets left so therefore the double page layout)Now I have to get back onto classes. But I had fun while it lasted.  I added Tim Holtz's birdcage to both corners for an accent and then used Spellbinders floral and foilage dies to add the rest for fillers. The acetate

quote is by My Minds Eye and from the new collections we just got in last week. The paper is also MME.

Happy

Happy Friday!!  This page was made with My Minds Eye papers and embellie. The twill is Creative Impressions. I flipped a corner and added a brad. Simple and quick. Challenge yourself to create a page today. Look at supplies you already have.....take a sheet of paper and then use left over pieces. You can do it. And you will feel good that you got a page done AND used some of your stash.  Have a great weekend.

School

Here is a quick page as well that willl go into our pages-for-sale basket. I used the owl diecut from the Spellbinder closeouts and the branch from a different set. The owl was cut from a scrap I had leftover from a previous page as well as the torn piece at the top.

Supplies: Spellbinder dies, Quick Quotes vellum quote, Basic Grey paper, buttons and misc. flowers.

Sweet Dreams

Another quick page while playing with a new tool. Actually I used the large scallop and the teddy bear out of another set so it was 2 new-to-me sets from the awesome closeout special we just got in from Spellbinders. Be sure to stop and get them before they are gone. We passed the savings on to our wonderful customers.

I used rub ons as well to make it look like it was stitched. I am not one to haul out a sewing machine so I just love the stamps and rub ons that give the look without all the hassle.

Beauty

I was at the store Saturday creating and so many fun, new things have came in recently so I made a point to play with the new for a change. This is one of the new sets from Spellbinders and I love the large butterfly. I added some gems trailing behind.  And then the Bakers Twine I had not got to play with yet either so I added some to this page.  =)

Stormy Sky

This was the sky yesterday morning on the way to work. A few minutes earlier the top part was blue and then the opening in between and the black at bottom.  The top darkened by the time I got to the store to take the photo.  One of our friends barns blew down in Osseo....it made the news. Thankfully noone nor critter were hurt.

Happy Mother's Day

This was a page from my Kids Class the other night. I told them to get a photo of them with their mom and add to the page. Any mom would love a page made by their child. And they learned in class that scrapbooking does not have to be expensive. This page took 2 sheets of paper and a scrap of ribbon and flower. We used 2 Fancy Pants papers and used the backside for the butterflies and mounting. And cut the flowers out of one to popdot on the main page over the same images. Then added Stickles to the flowers. So this page cost less then 1.90.
