White tree

I inked the blue for the sky and used the Cheery Lynn twig die to create the tree.

Kitty window

We got in this pretty blue paper and as we vouchered it through... I could envision it as 'sky'. Slap on a few dies and poof! A pretty card.

Deer

I'm busy lately with the remodel and end of year paperwork.... So I won't have many posts this month.
This was all centered around the vellum. I've had it on my work bench to work with and this is the result.

Let it Snow

Made a card quick to coordinate with a make-n-take we are doing using the same folder.  I saw this color combo on someone's blog and thought it was kind of unique and eye catching. The fancy border cut is a Spellbinders. All their newest releases are starting to arrive and they are stepping it up. The competition was getting the best of them so glad to see they finally got back on board with the creativity.

Merry Christmas

I love the snowflake dies by Impression Obsession. The sentiment is Cheery Lynn.

Peace

Another with the Impression Obsession snowflake set.  And the last card from the easy ones I was inspired by. Now I have to get back to my layers.

Seagull

I bought the seagull die set many months ago to use on my beach pages and still have not gotten to that. But was inspired by this super quick and easy card.

Masking

Using your ink pads and applicator.....sponge the blue and the green. I punched out a circle and 'masked' before doing the sky.

Ladybug ladybug

Saw this idea and thought it was stinking cute so I used the dies we have available and made our version. Might even do this one for the January Monthly Club.

Fancy dress

How simple is this?! Just hand cut your curves for your dress and slap on a few embellies and poof! A card for the bride to be.

Thanks

I discovered someone's blog over the weekend that inspired me for the simple cards. I usually hate simple cards. They always seem so blah to me and I add and add and add more layers. But I just spent the day then whipping up cards inspired from hers and actually made 8 in a few hours.

Peace

I had all these pieces as leftovers from previous projects so I slapped them all together to get them off my work bench!  The frilly deer, icicles and poinsettia dies are all Cheery Lynn. We just got done cutting out about 2000 of these poinsettias for the local animal shelter for their Santa Paws fundraiser. So none of us gals here at PT want to see another poinsettia for quite awhile! ha

Snowflake Spinner card

The gals enjoyed making this fun spinner card in class last week. They really are so easy to do and kids especially love these cards. As you tilt the card left and right....the snowflake slides across the card.
Picture This always has a full class list and you can learn so many fun things by coming to a class. And it is a great stress reducer too!

Red & White

This is the same snowflake die as the day before so you have 2 looks with the same set. (available at PT) The cool frames are a 6 in 1 frame die set from IO as well and also available at PT. We are your one stop shop gals!!
Then I added a little glitter because hello! Snowflakes just need glitter.

Seeing red

This is a snowflake set from Impression Obsession. And we ARE obsessed with IO lately. they are doing a beautiful job with their new design of dies. I recently did a class where I featured 2 of Kittie C's card designs and then a slider card. This is one of Kittie C's designs. The top panel is pop dotted in place.

A little birdie...

This is a new die from Spellbinders and it was just screaming at me (chirping) to be  used with this stamp.  I used a stylus again to give some curve to the birds so they popped off the surface a tad. More interesting then just flat but yet it doesn't add bulk so that our postmasters are unhappy. =)

Finished the inside with feather dies and birthday greeting.

Arbecello Tree

Just add a tree to your patterned paper and you have a card for most occasions. And there are soooooooo many tree dies available now. We have the largest selection of dies in the area and we ship orders out all the time. So if you can't make it to the store and see something you love on any of our blogs or facebook posts.....just give a call and we will get an order out to you.

Pretty Fern

A very versatile die from Memory Box. We have used it numerous times at PT. I use a stylus and curve it from behind to add a little life to it.
And just adding a part of the die to the inside completes the card. The distressed peeled paint ink by Tim Holtz matches our jellybean cardstock perfect!!

Fun Fall Class

This is a class I taught last month....just getting it uploaded to blog now. We've had lots going on at PT. I love the fall colors and as I've said before....I don't get to do many fall cards since we always have to hop right into Christmas cards at the store. And these were pushing it for fall but that's it...as close as I got this year.

Christmas

I had used the Lawn Fawn paper on a card and had some left for it worked perfect for this page. Then I just threw on a few of this and a few of that and poof!  A page.

Brrrrrr

Soon it'll be cold again. This was from last years brutally cold winter. But it sure makes pretty pictures.

The Sweetest christmas

A page made for our Christmas Extravaganza. I made a couple extra to put out for sale. The vellum quote is Quick Quotes. And my favorite Cheery Lynn poinsettia die again.

Regal Cardinal

I loved this die from the first day it came in. Our school mascot if also cardinals so I like it even more. And the border die from IO is the perfect addition. I added a think strip of gold as well.

All Green

Love monochromatic cards? me too. This is done in all soft green. (photo stinks)  And then I got the idea to try a 3D one with the same die.
So this was the fun result. I used the rosette then as a tree stand. ha

Happy Snowman

I used my circle dies to make the snowman and snowflake dies from CL and IO.
Laying the red on red makes for a striking card.

Winterscape

Super simple and easy. Just add the gold stickers for your title and poof! You have a card.

Holly Holly Holly

I am in love with this poinsettia die strip by Cheery Lynn. You will see me using it numerous times on samples and in classes.

Button Snowman

My mother-in-law passed away earlier this year and I received her huge collection of buttons. So I finally got to put some of them to use. Snow much fun!!

Season's Greetings

I used black and white metallic papers to make this simple but oh so pretty card. The set of tree dies is Impression Obsession.

Fun Treats

This idea was just too cute to pass up making. The caps were just mittens purchased at the Dollar Store and the tips cut off. So wrap your Hershey nuggets and have fun decorating them!!
I just hand drew the snowmen faces but there are stamps available as well.

Teeny Deer

There was a cute card out on the blogosphere and I instantly thought of the Amuse fawn we still had in stock.

Deer

Lol. This was suppose to be a shaker card but those dumb Styrofoam dots I told you about didn't work. They just static cling to the acetate...stick to glitter gals.  Love the fancy deer die by Cheery Lynn though. We just received their new dies this past week too.

Cute Penguin

Using your circle dies you can create snowmen and penguins.

Shaker Card

This paper is still from the one used on yesterdays card. It has lots of the snowman too. So I created a shaker card from the small snowmen. You adhere a piece of acetate (available at PT) and then line the entire edge with mounting foam.  I filled with Styrofoam balls......I will stick to glitter next time. The Styrofoam is tooooooooo static clingy.  And the card was finished off with a embossing folder that added just the right touch.  We have a whole wall of embossing folders at PT.   =)

Repeat patterns

This image was all over the 12x12 paper. So cut the same image out in various sizes and then pop-dot over each other for a cool card.

Joyful

Teal is a popular color this year in the holiday papers for cards/scrapbooking.  It is very striking when combined with red. An easy peasy card that you could make several of in no time.

Christmas

One of the Merry Christmas dies leaves this Christmas title as a left over so I slapped it onto a card as well. No waste! The cute little holly is a Memory Box die as well as the xmas one.

Silver Tag

Another card made for our Extravaganza.  We promised 75 ideas and delivered 170!!  If that many fresh, new ideas don't get your creative juices going then I don't know what will.
The tag die used on this one is Our Daily Bread...we also carry stamps to coordinate with the die.
