Boo

Do you ever buy the 12x12 stickers only to get home and then don't know what to do with them? I will post a few pages showing the large stickers off from sticker sheets and hopefully it inspires you. It doesn't matter if yours are kids, sports, Christmas or whatever.....just use these as 'sketches' and go from there.
Most of the papers featured over the next few posts are Reminisce and only one large sticker sheet was used for over 8 pages and I still have a lot of stickers left over. But now I am tired of Halloween pages for now. ha.

Too cute to Spook Lucy

Recall I had a hayday taking the photos when I originally got her outfit. I have been waiting and waiting to get enough time to scrapbook them.  A friend was nice enough to borrow me her dicontinued Spellbinder spooky fence die. It worked purrfect for this page so thank you Bea. I used various other dies that are still available now and work in your Cuttlebug. Love my dies. I wrote some captions on the photos with a Zig pen.  Such a cute little girl.  Diablo, the Siamese, was not amused at all. Lucy forgot about the outfit in a few minutes and was ready for me to run with her string so she could chase it.

Favorite Memories

Happy Sunday! While most were watching the Packers....I was creating. Much more fun in my book.
I worked on a bunch of pages-for-sale today. And managed to get Lucy's Halloween outfir ones done too so be sure to tune back over the next few days to check them all out.
This was the last sheet left of a My Minds Eye paper so I added some leftover chipboard pieces that matches, a flower and a duecut flower behind it for a little extra color. Added a coordinating bow and called it good.

2 papers....many cards

I used 2 papers and taught a class with 5 cards and the students got the remaining to go home and create a lot more cards.

Wishing You Christmas Cheer

The last 2 cards from the class. This holly paper has been so easy to work with. It has a small enough print that it is perfect for cards. I just got 50 more sheets in on the 19th since it has been popular once the cards were displayed. This cardstock is Doublemates on each card. It is light on one side and darker on the other. So when the border punch is used on edge...you can see the darker color from front of card. We have Doublemate in a few different colors.

Hear Old Santa

This card was created using a paper distresser where you basically shred the edges. After it was all assembled ...then I distressed with ink to make it lot old and battered. It is an old world santa so he needed an old worn look.  The cute sleigh die is Cheery Lynn and I have used that a lot in classes, our xmas extravaganza and samples.

Vintage St Nick

This card was lightly edged with a Gold Leafin pen on the poinsettia die, flourish, and edges of card and santa piece. It added just enough extra to make the card special. The curly gold cord has wire in it so I wrapped it around a pencil to get the curls. A Candi dot was added to the center of the flower. The new Mini's arrived at Picture This this week!

Winter Window

I will be posting 5 cards from a class I taught this past Thursday....all will be using one sheet of holly paper and one sheet from Reminisce that has a variety of images on. So you can make way more then the 5 cards shown.
This one was my favorite from class. The window dies have been a favorite of mine lately. And obviously everyone elses too since I have issues keeping them in stock. And Memory Box is sooooo slow shipping orders still. Dave told me they were getting it down to 2-3 wks but I am going on over 3 weeks again with my last order.
In class they learned how to run your embossing folder through when inked to give it a whole new look. As well as adding Flower Soft to resemble snow on your holiday cards this season.

Make a Stencil

This was from a class I taught this past Monday. You can make your own stencils from your dies. I cut the clouds out 3x and glued them together. Then run them through your Cuttlebug machine with your cardstock and they will emboss. I sanded the raised area then to make it pop even more. So now look at your dies and see which ones you can also make embossing templates with.

Dies: My Favorite Things cloud and sun. Memory Box townscape. Kaiser Kraft stamp, Creative Imaginations Real Wood, My Minds Eye paper. Paprika Versa Color ink.

Fall Leaves

Alright, last one I made Sunday from ideas off Pinterest. It wa nice to do some for a change where the thinking part was done. Now I know why you all enjoy coming to classes. lol. Usually it takes me an entire Saturday or Sunday to come up with my cards for one class. So to make 7-8 in a day was fun!!!
This is using a Spellbinders leaf die.  Another easy one and I just used papers I had left over from another project.

Uppsy Daisy

Yup, another white on white. Isn't it catchy?  The original sketch was based off from one on Pinterest but then I substituted a embossing folder we have available and then used the My Favorite Things Uppsy Daisy die. You can always look at an idea and totally turn it into your own with what you have to work with. Then added pretty pink Candi dots to the center of the flowers. I love it.

White House

I have been wanting to play with the Memory Box house and finally got to. I planned on doing a Halloween card but since I was on a white-on-white kick...this is the lucky one for the day. Photo isn't great. it is posted instore for a better look.

Boy Birthday

Another Pinteresting idea.  We pin and pin but every now and then you have to make the time to create, create, create! This one I just used scraps for the primarys and a cirlce punch. They are 1 inch wide to fit correctly across and then just shorten each a little. I forgot to add the brads prior to glueing down. lol. So no worries....I used my wire clippers and cut the legs off of the brads and attached them with glue dots. And noone will be the wiser.

White Winters Night

I love the white on white and you can tell since I did a lot using that monochromatic. This is another Pinteresting idea but I have seen many similiar ones done using the Memory Box dies. I added Stickles and the pearl pen.

Cute Ghost

I spent the day at the store Sunday making some quick projects from ideas off Pinterest. So I will be sharing them with you in the next few postings. This one I thought was stinking adorable!

White Wreath

Another Pinteresting idea. I just flipped it to a embossing folder we had available at the store. The twig punch was punches several times and then glued in a circle. I used red Stickles instead of gems and added a bow.

Merry Christmas

Here is a card I did from our Extravaganza. The reindeer embossing folder is so cute and makes for a very easy card. The Merry Christmas is a die from Cheery Lynn.

Kitty Witch

I saw and had to get Lucy this outfit when I saw it. She did not appreciate it at first. I laughed so hard
through the whole ordeal.

Then Shadow had to check it out.
And after a couple minutes Lucy forgot the outfit and was ready to play.
Diablo, on the other hand, was not impressed and you can see it in his eyes.
Now Lucy checking poor Dobs out.
And Diablo still not happy!!   lol   Adorable Halloween paper arrived too that has the same color purple in it so I have a sheet setting aside to make a fun page someday.  Hope  you got a smile out of it as well.

Falls Glory

I love fall when all the trees are at their peak. This photo was taken last weekend along I94 near Blackriver Falls.
This one was taken under the canopy in EC.

And these were on the Eleva ridge. The photos do not do justice since it was foggy that morning and some parts were not.  Now someday I may get to scrapbook these photos. lol
